The days of using a testimonial quote exclusively to boast about successful work are long gone. Don't get me wrong, they're still better than nothing. But customer stories that tell the nuances of a business relationship, and how that relationship yielded solid work, impactful results and genuine appreciation for the spirit of collaboration are in.
