As the first disabled person in 70 years to play a wheelchair-confined character, Kiera Allen made a bit of history with the Hulu film, 'Run.' The young actress and relative newcomer did a bang up job as the daughter of a woman who may — or may not have — lost every marble the day she lost a premature baby 15+ years before. Watching the cat-and-mouse game is part of 'Run's' allure. Cheering for Allen's character to outwit the able-bodied is the other part. The rest of time, you'll be yelling profanity at your TV screen wondering why the filmmakers desperately hate you.
