No new show sums up teen angst better than 'Never Have I Ever,' the new Netflix original series from co-creator Mindy Kaling. The star of it is newcomer Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, an 18-year-old Canadian with no other film or TV credits to her name. None. Zero. But that's changed and will continue because she's talented and this show is funny, heartwarming and unlike so much else on TV or streaming right now.
