With the world's largest ever work-from-experiment almost complete, employers should have newfound confidence in what a freelance  — and remote — workforce can deliver in terms of productivity. 
Sure, there will still always be a need for full-time employees, but for certain industries like media and marketing, the idea of working with freelancers remotely has sizable advantages, not just for the workers but the employers themselves.
