There was a reason why 'A Quiet Place Part II' never came out on streaming during the first 15 months pandemic. It's actually the perfect movie for actual movie theaters, which were essentially a quiet place for a year-plus. 
But, when you see this movie that leans heavily on sound as a character in the film, you realize that one of the biggest stars is the young deaf woman who plays Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's daughter: Millicent Simmonds. The talented actress is deaf in real life and commands the screen with a performance that's as adept as it is notable for 2021.
